अनुकुल्यस्य सङ्कल्पः

কৃষ্ণ সহ কৃষ্ণ-নাম অভিন্ন জানিযা, অপ্রাকৃত এক-মাত্র সাধন মানিযা
যেই নাম লয, নামে দিক্শিত হয, আদর চরিবে মনে স্ৱ-গোষ্ট্ঃি জানিঅ
নামের ভজনে যেই কৃষ্ণ-সেৱা করে, অপ্রাকৃত রজ ৱসিঽ সর্ৱ্ৱদা অন্দরে
মধ্যম ৱৈষ্ণৱ জানিঽ ছর্র তার পায, আনুগত্য কর তার মনে আর কায
কৃষ্ণেতর সম্বন্ধ না পাইযা জগতে, সর্ৱ্ৱ-জনে সম-বুদ্ধি করে কৃষ্ণ-ৱ্রতে
তাদ্র্শ ভজন-ৱিজ্ঞে জানিযা অভীষ্ট, কায-মনো-ৱক্যে সেৱঽ হৈযা নিৱিষ্ট
শুশ্রূষা করিবে তাঙ্রে সর্ৱ্ৱতো-ভাৱেতে, কৃষ্ণের চরণ লাভ হয তাঙ্হ হৈতে


kṛṣṇa saha kṛṣṇa-nāma abhinna jāniyā, aprākṛta eka-mātra sādhana māniyā
yei nāma laya, nāme dikśita haya, ādara caribe mane sva-goṣṭḥi jānia
nāmera bhajane yei kṛṣṇa-sevā kare, aprākṛta raja vasi' sarvvadā andare
madhyama vaiṣṇava jāni' charra tāra pāya, ānugatya kara tāra mane āra kāya
kṛṣṇetara sambandha nā pāiyā jagate, sarvva-jane sama-buddhi kare kṛṣṇa-vrate
tādrśa bhajana-vijñe jāniyā abhīṣṭa, kāya-mano-vakye seva' haiyā niviṣṭa
śuśrūṣā karibe tāṅre sarvvato-bhāvete, kṛṣṇera caraṇa lābha haya tāṅha haite

Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Saraswati Ṭhākura

[This is a continuation of the commentary on the preceding verse from Upadeśāṛmṛta by Rūpa Goswāmī. Bhaktisiddhānta explains that the beginning or kaniṣṭha-adhikāri] Devotees who know that Śrī Kṛṣṇa and His Holy Name are one, who closely follow spiritual sādhana, who take the Name, having been initiated in the Hare Kṛṣṇa mantra, should be cherished and accepted as family.

Those who are always taking the name and serving Kṛṣṇa through nāma-bhajana  and seva, in this way living internally in the transcendental plane of Vraja may be known as madhyama-adhikāri or intermediate Vaiṣṇavas. Their holy feet are worshipable. Keep them as friends. Clasp their feet to your hearts and serve them in thought and deed. 

"Be humble as a blade of grass..."

The greatest devotees are the uttama-adhikāris. Such great souls have achieved their svarūpa,  their perfect self.  They see that every wave is favourable. They see nothing unrelated to Kṛṣṇa within this universe, and consider everyone to be equally engaged in Kṛṣṇa’s service. They are completely realised in their dedication. The association of such saints i most desirable. Serve them utterly with your body, mind, and words. Serve them in all respects, and with their help and guidance try to achieve shelter at Kṛṣṇa’s feet.
