Dear Readers:

Thank you so much for following the Mahabharata story as well as my zany adventures in this madcap world.

As you can see, the blog has reached more than 10,000 page views. I don't know if the same 20 people have seen it 500 times or if 500 people have checked in more than 20 times, but it encourages me to continue writing.

Last year, I did some extensive research on the Mahabharata, condensing much of the Ganguli edition and rearranging the stories so that they made better sense dramatically. The idea is to create a younger, hipper version for modern readers that will appeal not only to traditional Indian readers but also to people in the West. Judging by the response, I'd say it's working.
